The company provides outsourced contact center services to its clients, specializing in customer care and acquisition; back-office processing; collections; and technical support services. It operates through 10 sites across the UK and Ireland. Clients have included Marks & Spencer, Yell, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Sitel UK began operations in 1997 as a subsidiary of leading teleservices provider SITEL, which was acquired by its smaller rival ClientLogic in 2007. ClientLogic then changed its name to Sitel.
