The company, which was called Macola before its acquisition by Dutch software maker Exact Holding, provides small to medium-sized businesses with enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and related software. These applications help companies track and manage their interactions with customers -- even when both supplier and customer have widely scattered operations -- as well as the interactions between various parts of their own operations.
