An oil and natural gas producer, LRR Energy owns assets in the Permian Basin in West Texas and southern New Mexico, the Mid-Continent region in Oklahoma and East Texas, and along the Gulf Coast in Texas. The company's properties have proved reserves of more than 30 million barrels of oil equivalent. It operates more than 850 oil or gas-producing wells. Formed in April 2011 from assets held by investment fund Lime Rock Resources, LRR Energy and went public in November 2011.
